Ralph Trustees Limited (RTL) is one of the largest privately owned luxury hotel groups in the UK.

RTL hotels include the five star Grove Hotel and Spa Resort in Hertfordshire, Athenaeum Hotel in London, runnymede-on-thames in Surrey and luxury apartments at 23 Greengarden House in London's West End. 

MiraCall have supported Ralph Trustees since 2003 when we first installed a new Mitel system into the newly refurbished and rebuilt Grove Hotel. Since then we have gone on to upgrade the telephone systems in the rest of the hotels in the group to Mitel 3300 systems, including Mitel's Contact Centre Management (CCM) application for Reservations staff and Meetings and Events teams. We have worked closely with the IT team to ensure that the migration projects for each hotel were delivered on time and that the installations were implemented with the minimum of disruption to hotel guests and staff.

Plowman Craven is a leading chartered geomatics company offering a broad range of professional measurement services and cover numerous markets including rail, urban regeneration, retail, commercial property, government, public bodies, police and entertainment.

When Plowman Craven refurbished their offices they took the opportunity to upgrade their entire data infrastructure and replace a dated Norstar telephone system with a modern Mitel 3300 IP telephone system. Switchboard staff can now easily identify the extension status of any of the staff prior to putting calls through, by the use of the Busy Lamp Field (BLF) functionality available within the 5550 IP screen based switchboard consoles, providing Plowman Craven customers with a  quicker and more efficient telephone service. Plowman Craven staff now log in and out of any Mitel telephone, with all of their personal features brought straight to the desktop. This flexible way of working is made possible by the Hotdesking capabilities of the Mitel 3300 system.
